The beginnings of the QUBUS Group go back to 1994, when QUBUS HOTEL Ltd. was registered as a company in the Szczecin Business Register. In 1995 the location for the first hotel in the group was chosen, and in connection with this the registered office of the company was moved to Ceglana Street in Zielona Góra. On September 11th 1996 the first hotel of the QUBUS Group was opened. The company's development plans were based on the vision of a chain of hotels in larger Polish cities sharing the name of QUBUS. Over the next few years, new companies, new projects, and new properties were added to the QUBUS Group.
